I Can Always Add More Colour But Can’t Take It Away

This young lady came in with her mother who was already a client of mine to get her eyebrows done. She was a very nervous client as are most natural blondes as they always fear that the colour will be too dark and look quite unnatural. This girl was not used to wearing makeup and had naturally very sparse and light eyebrows. Following her natural brow shape I improved the fulness by filling in any sparse areas and neatening up the whole brow shape.

With blondes I always err on the side of caution and choose a colour that is on the lighter side and when they come back in 6 weeks for their final session top up I can always go darker and add more colour once the client understands the healing process.

Although the brows look very dark here in the immediately after picture the colour will lighten to a soft caramel (a similar colour to the root of her hair). Her and her mother were really pleased with the results. When her mother came into see me for her own top up she said that having permanent makeup has really improved her daughters self-confidence.
